Ironton has many places for different types of recreation. The Ironton River includes a scenic view, a boat dock for boating, and a wonderful place for fishing. We also have many ATV and hiking trails. Located around Ironton are several small parks. Wayne National Forest is located in our county. It also features hiking, ATV, and horse trails, camp sites, fishing, and boating. There are many golf courses located around Ironton; one of them is the Ironton Country Club.

As you can tell, Ironton has plenty of things to keep you entertained. Ironton is a historic town which is rich in culture and tradition located overlooking the scenic Ohio River. We have the longest consecutive running Memorial Day Parade in the United States.
